Coaching During Covid-19

Whatever You Need

As a Life Coach and Wellness Specialist, I aim to deliver focus, inspiration, ease, and joy to my clients.   

I will be offering coaching on a sliding scale over the next few months to ease the stress and unforeseen circumstances we face in the present moment.

Here are some areas we can focus on:

• Overcoming fear and anxiety
• Staying healthy
• Diet, nutrition, and exercise strategies during the quarantine
• Staying motivated and planning your day when your routine is thrown upside down
• Family challenges when your with each other 24/7
• ...and more. 

These sessions will be about a hour and can be a single session or ongoing.  I am here for you!  I simply send you a Zoom invite and after we set a time and date.
